Wuxi Baoda Tubular Goods Producing Co., Ltd. (Baoda) was founded in March 2001, presently equipped with three production lines for tubing and casings. We mainly process tubing, couplings and pup joints in all sizes and several grades, of which outer diameter ranges from 60.3 to 339.7mm.

Our annual capacity is up to 80,000 metric tons. We strictly implement a management system according to the ISO9001 and API Q1 standards. Owing to several experienced technologists, our products are provided with powerful technology support. Oil well pipes made by Baoda are mostly used in the process of oil field development for oil extraction, fracturing, acidification, affusing, gas injection and well workover.

The body stocks of our oil well pipes adopt technologies of electric steel processing, vacuum degassing, and secondary steel making processing, which make products with equal components and good metallurgy quality. Roller trio skew rolling and 12-frame tension reducing techniques can guarantee good shape, highly precise dimensions and nice mechanical properties. Finishing and nondestructive technologies (ultrasonic and eddy current testing) can assure the excellent exterior and interior quality.

Furthermore, the parameter of screw thread made by high precision numerical control lathe is 30% stricter than the API standards, which leaves the properties of anti-thread gluing, anti-slipping and sealability, exceeding the directives of the API standards.

Cooperating with Shanghai W.M Precision Thread Manufactures Co., Ltd., our oil well pipe products sell well in both the domestic and the overseas markets. The oil well pipes are widely used in Yanchang and Shengli Oil Fields and exported to Canada and the Middle East. OEM Service: Yes
